The Western Entrance is the entrance you should arrive/enter the ACC given the location of the Panorama Rooms and registration.
The recommended car park is the North Terrace Car Park as it is within close proximity to the Western Entrance and has a larger allocation of parks at this point in time.

Talk to an Adelaide City Council City ambassador for tourism information or directions. They are dressed in green and rove the city’s core retail area around Rundle Mall providing free information and advice to visitors.
There is a choice of transport modes to and from the airport. These include self-drive, hire cars, taxis and public transport. City Shuttle Bus operating hours are as follows:

Saturdays from 6am – 6pm.
Sundays from 6am – 5pm.

Public transport buses – known as the JetBus service – pick up and drop off from the new bus stop location, left hand side of the plaza as you leave the terminal. Single trip and daytrip tickets can be purchased from bus drivers.
A taxi rank, is located left of the pedestrian plaza as you walk out of the terminal. Concierges provide a safe environment and allocate taxis to passengers.There is a $2 levy added to fares for taxis leaving the airport.

Adelaide weather is moderate. Year-round big blue skies mean average winter temperatures of 16 degrees Celsius (°C) and 28°C in summer. Hot days can be real sizzlers and easily reach 40°C.

Tickets to the Welcome reception, Poster Session are included in each full registration. Tickets to the conference dinner are subsidised at $50 per person for registered delegates, guest tickets are $125 per person. Additional tickets for both events can be purchased for day registrants and accompanying partners. After registering for IMSTEC 2015 you would have been emailed a registration confirmation which lists all social functions for which you are registered. Yes, you most certainly may – additional tickets can be booked when you register online, or through the Leishman Associates office. Please email your request to: firstname.lastname@example.org. During the conference, bookings can be made at the registration desk, subject to availability.
You must advise the conference managers of any special dietary requirements when you register for the conference. Caterers at each function will be informed of these. During the day there will be a buffet table offering food suitable for dietary requirements. If you are unsure, please don’t hesitate to ask staff at the registration desk.
IMPORTANT – If your dietary request relates to a life threatening allergy, please ensure that you advise the organisers as soon as possible.
Full Registration: All morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea is provided each day. All food at each social function is included, if you are attending.

It is suggested that delegates arrive at preferred sessions promptly to ensure a seat. If sessions become full then delegates will not be allowed entry. Please wear your name badge for entry into all sessions.
When you book your accommodation your credit card details will be transferred to the hotel you have selected – please confirm this on check in with your hotel. Your credit card will not be charged until you check out. If you have arrived 24 hours later than your indicated arrival day you may find that you have forfeited your deposit.

Any changes to the conference program will be announced during housekeeping notices each morning. You may also check with Leishman Associates staff at the registration desk.
The members of the conference organising committee and Leishman Associates accept no liability for personal accident, loss or damage suffered by any participant, accompanying person, invited observer or any other person by whatever means. Nor do we accept liability for any equipment or software brought to the conference by delegates, speakers, sponsors or any other party. Please protect your personal property. Do not leave laptops, cameras, and other valuable items unsecured. Be conscious of individuals who appear out of place and are not wearing a conference name badge. Advise Leishman Associates staff if you notice anything suspicious.
Delegates are not permitted to use any type of camera or recording device at any of the sessions unless written permission has been obtained from the relevant speaker. A professional photographer will be at the conference, if you have any issues with being photographed please notify the photographer or Leishman Associates staff.
Please bring your PowerPoint presentation with you when you register. All speakers should present themselves to the Speakers Preparation Desk at least four hours prior to their scheduled presentation time, to upload their presentation. Speakers are also requested to assemble in their session room 5 minutes before the commencement of the session if possible, to meet with their session chair and to familiarise themselves with the room and the audio visual equipment. A technician will be present in the room at all times. There will be facilities to test and modify your presentation if required.
Chairpersons will receive an email prior to the conference, reminding them of their responsibilities. If you are a chairperson and do not receive this, or have additional questions, please contact Leishman Associates.
Power points will be available on the conference website following the conclusion of the conference. Speakers will be requested to sign a release form. This is not compulsory.
