CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes circumstances might change and delegates could require a cancellation and request a refund. The following cancellation policy applies to the IMSTEC 2025 conference:

If written (email) cancellation notification is received:

more than 30 days before the start of the conference (Monday, 8th December): 90% refund of fees (10% withhold for administrative costs)
less than 30 days and more than 15 days before the start of the conference: 50% refund of fees
less than 15 days before the start of the conference: no refund
No-show: no refund
Special circumstances (compassionate reasons): evaluated on a case-by-case basis
