Terms & Conditions

• These accommodation rates apply only for the specified booking period.

• A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.

• Full payment will be collected upon check-in.

• A pre-authorisation of AUD 100 on the guest’s credit card is required at check-in to cover any incidentals.

Cancellation Policy: ​

• Cancellations made 8 to 30 days before arrival are subject to a one-night accommodation fee, charged to the credit card on file.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the confirmed booking amount.
